Suzanne Selzer, MSW
Suzanne joins SFCS as the Aging in Place Senior Outreach Coordinator. She brings more than a decade of experience in behavioral health care management, where she conducted assessments, provided referrals for psychiatric and substance use treatment, and supported individuals during times of crisis. In this role, Suzanne also identified barriers to treatment adherence and worked collaboratively to address those challenges.
Most recently, Suzanne served as a Housing Coordinator at a refugee resettlement agency, where she assisted individuals and families in securing stable housing and navigating complex systems of support. Her diverse background reflects a deep commitment to advocacy, access to care, and community-based support.

Suzanne received her BA degree in Psychology from Brandeis University and her Master of Social Work from Columbia University.
