Molly is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New Jersey and a Licensed Master Social Worker in New York, with 12 years of experience supporting children and families across home, school, community, and outpatient settings. She brings extensive experience working with individuals on the Autism Spectrum and has supported children and families from a wide range of backgrounds and environments.

Molly joins SFCS as a Family Therapist, bringing her experience in outpatient therapy and a strong commitment to supporting the entire family system. Since 2019, she has provided outpatient therapy, primarily working with children and families. Her clinical background also includes experience in a variety of school settings, ranging from urban to rural communities.

Molly’s clinical work focuses on trauma, anxiety, and the interconnected needs of individuals and their families. She takes a holistic, family-centered approach to therapy and incorporates mindfulness and the therapeutic benefits of nature into her work. Molly is passionate about creating a safe and supportive environment where children and families feel heard, empowered, and equipped to navigate life’s challenges together

Accreditation / Education

Molly earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Susquehanna University in Pennsylvania in 2015. Following graduation, she worked as a Behavior Technician, providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children on the Autism Spectrum in home and school settings. In 2017, Molly moved to Southwest Virginia to pursue her Masters of Social Work at Radford University while continuing to work with children and families in home and community settings. She earned her Master of Social Work degree in 2019 and her license as Master Social Worker and went on to provide school-based therapy, where she worked within a diverse school community.
