PARENT SUPPORT GROUPS:  Parent Support Groups provide group members skills and confidence to parent their teenager through a safe passage from childhood to adolescence and young adulthood.  PSG’s are available for Scarsdale parents of  TWEENS to TEENS. Support groups provide an atmosphere and a structure where parents help each other to deal with the challenges of raising an adolescent.

                    PARENT WORKSHOPS: Scarsdale § Edgemont Counseling Service provides programs for PTA’s, churches and synagogues, and community organizations.  Topics can include childhood and stress, adolescent substance use and eating disorders, or any topic related to family life today. Workshops can be offered on a one-time or on-going basis.
